Registration Options:
Pre-registration is now closed. Please register on-site, beginning at 7:30am, Thursday 5/15/08. On-site registration is $115 for professionals, $50 for students with an I.D., and six CEUs are an additional $15. Please bring your license number with you to process CEUs.

Pre-register and pay for your Professional educational programs Online using PayPal. Once you have completed selecting all events you wish to attend you will be led to the PayPal site to complete payment. Please enter your NAME, TITLE and EMAIL Address in the "notes section" of the PayPal form.
Registration includes: coffee and pastry, lunch, handouts, and a certificate of attendance. Six Continuing Education Credits may be added to your registration for an additional $15. Fees are non-refundable.
